Bibliography (continued)

This continues the EGA bibliography across the four parts of EGA IV (1964, 1965, 1966, 1967). It inherits the numbering from EGA II [1]–[26] and EGA III [27]–[29]; EGA IV adds entries [30]–[44]. Duplicates between parts are merged into a single entry, with the parts in which each entry was cited recorded as a trailing note.

Standing abbreviations used in citations

These extend the EGA III standing-abbreviation table.

Translator's note. The journal name as printed in EGA IV Part 2 is "Amer. J. of Math."; the volume number and page range identify the paper unambiguously as Abhyankar, Local Uniformization on Algebraic Surfaces over Ground Fields of Characteristic , Annals of Math. (2) 63 (1956), pp. 491–526. We preserve the EGA spelling and flag the journal-name discrepancy here. The author surname is printed "ABHYANKHAR" in EGA; we correct to "Abhyankar" silently.

Translator's note. EGA IV Part 4 prints the author as "G. S. SESHADRI"; the paper is in fact by C. S. Seshadri (Conjeevaram Srirangachari Seshadri). We correct the initials silently in the body of the entry and flag the source misprint here.
